Legal Notice: These Terms constitute an electronic record in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 thereunder, as amended from time to time.
These Terms & Conditions of (a) use of our website, our applications or any products or services in connection with the Application, Website/products (“Services”) or (b) any modes of registrations or usage of products, including through SD cards, tablets or other storage/transmitting device are between Inside Edge Learning Solutions LLp (“Company”) and its users.
Please read the Terms and the privacy policy of the Company (“Privacy Policy”) with respect to registration with us, the use of the Application, Website, Services and products carefully before using the Application, Website, Services or products. In the event of any discrepancy between the Terms and any other policies with respect to the Application or Website or Services or products, the provisions of the Terms shall prevail.
Your use/access/browsing of the Application or Website or the Services or products or registration (with or without payment/with or without subscription) through any means shall signify Your acceptance of the Terms and Your agreement to be legally bound by the same.

1. Proprietary Information
Except as mentioned below, all information, content, material, trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade secrets including but not limited to the software, text, images, graphics, video, script and audio, contained in the Application, Website, Services and products are proprietary property of the Company (“Proprietary Information”). No Proprietary Information may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without obtaining prior written permission from the Company and nothing on this Application or Website or Services shall be or products deemed to confer a license of or any other right, interest or title to or in any of the intellectual property rights belonging to the Company, to the User.
2. Usage Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
Your use of our products, Website, Application and Services is solely for Your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of the Application, Website, Services or products or their contents other than for personal purposes is prohibited.
You will not:
- (a) use this Application and/or our Website and/or any of our product/s or Service/s for commercial purposes of any kind;
- (b) advertise or sell the Application or any products, Services or domain names or otherwise (whether or not for profit), or solicit others or use any public forum for commercial purposes of any kind;
- (c) use the Application and/or Website/our products and Services in any way that is unlawful, or harms the Company or any other person or entity.
No User shall be permitted to perform any of the following prohibited activities:
- (a) Making available any content that is misleading, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene;
- (b) Stalking, intimidating and/or harassing another;
- (c) Transmitting material that encourages criminal offences;
- (d) Interfering with any other person’s use of the Services;
- (e) Infringing on intellectual property rights;
- (f) Making available content You do not have a right to share;
- (g) Impersonating any person or entity;
- (h) Transmitting viruses, trojans, or malware;
- (i) Accessing the Services in a manner that damages servers or networks;
- (j) Violating any applicable laws related to access;
- (k) Gaining unauthorized access to user accounts or systems;
- (l) Engaging in denial of service attacks;
- (m) Using deep-links, page-scrapes, robots, or spiders to access content not specifically made available;
- (n) Altering or modifying any part of the Services;
- (o) Using Services for non-permitted purposes.
3. Accuracy & Corrections
In the preparation of the Application/Services and contents therein, every effort has been made to offer the most current, correct, and clearly expressed information possible. Nevertheless, inadvertent errors may occur. The Company disclaims any responsibility for any errors and inaccuracy of the information. Company reserves the right to make changes/corrections at any time without notice.
4. Data Privacy & Protection
We respect Your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws. Key aspects include:
- Consent: We ask that you explicitly consent to contact from us.
- Right to Access: Users can request confirmation of personal data processing.
- Termination: You may terminate your account by sending us an email. Note that termination of account does not automatically result in a fee refund, which is governed by the Refund Policy.

5. As Is Basis: Information is provided on an ‘As Is’ basis. We assume no liability for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
6. Curriculum Supplement: The usage of the Application/Services is intended to supplement curriculum-based education. It does not guarantee admission to any educational institutions or passing of any exams.
7. Third Party Views: The Company shall not be responsible for opinions or views of others contained in the Application.
8. User Contributions: The Company reserves the right to remove, review, edit or delete any content uploaded by users.
9-10. Communication Consent
The User expressly grants permission to the Company (including affiliates) to contact him/her through telephone, SMS, e-mail, and hold the Company indemnified against any liabilities including financial penalties in case the User’s mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database. The Company reserves the right to monitor usage to provide mentoring and feedback.
13-14. Device Compatibility
The Company’s products are compatible only with certain devices/tablets. We are not obligated to provide services for incompatible instruments. The Company shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the tablet or hardware resulting from Your use of our products.
15. Cancellations and Refunds (Shaheen Group of Institution Policy)
Strict Adherence to 2026-27 Policy:
- Batch Start Date Rule: Attendance and fee liability are calculated strictly from the confirmed Batch Start Date, regardless of when the student physically joined. This is because backup resources are provided for missed days.
- 270-Day Cycle: Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis of the 270-day academic cycle.
- Physical Cancellation Mandatory: To process a refund, the Parent/Guardian must visit the Centre physically to sign the Settlement Deed. Email/Phone requests are not sufficient for final disbursement.
- Non-Refundable Items: Registration fees, Tablets, Uniforms, Bags, and printed study material are non-refundable once issued.
16-17. Registration & Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account information. You must notify us of any unauthorized use.
Minors: Persons under 18 years are not eligible to register directly. Such use must be made available by a legal guardian or parent who has agreed to these Terms. The Company reserves the right to terminate subscription if consent is not obtained.
18-19. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from Your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.
In no event shall the Company be liable for special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees actually paid by You.
22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Further, the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
23. Modifications
The Company has the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Application or Services at any time without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice.
25. General Provisions & Marketing Rights
Marketing Consent: You consent to Shaheen Group of Institution having the exclusive, irrevocable right to use your information for marketing and publicity purposes including in case of your selection in medical/engineering entrance exams, Olympiads, etc. This applies even if you have taken support from other institutes.
Notices: Notices should be sent to the Company via email at the designated support address.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.
26. Feedback
Any feedback You provide shall be deemed non-confidential. The Company shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis without compensation to You.
